WWE Thursday
WWE TRIBUTE TO THE TROOPS :: December 18, 2010 on NBC
So this year's Tribute to the Troops looks awesome! The music has always been apart of this WWE Special, but this year looks even better!
Diddy & his new group Dirty Money will be performing Live, as well as special guest Cedric the Entertainer, who just happens to be my favorite comedian.
THE MICHAEL COLE SITUATION
Ohkay, so what has happened to this commentator lately? And why so much focus on Michael Cole and his character this December?
The man has always been my favorite commentator in the WWE, but this recent change of character is really rubbing me the wrong way, I can't stand that he's now cheering on all the bad guys, and having an "independent" view on every Superstar & Diva,
He's a commentator, and always been the most accomplished of the lot. I've always rated him above Jim Ross and saw him super-ceding him one day. But this "new" Michael "Rat King" Cole gimmick has gotta go ASAP! Otherwise it looks like Striker & Grisham become the #1 Announce Team of the WWE... wait, they are!
THE MIZ.. THE CHAMPION.
Well how about The Miz huh? This man has come along way over the years. I didn't like his gimmick at first, wearing that silly hat, looking pretty lame. But this year, The Miz has come to play The Game, with his new fresh look, and "Awesome" character. This guy works the mic like no one else, I haven't seen this much mic talent since the likes of The Rock. And to believe this guy was once on MTV's The Real World. Congratulations to The Miz and his WWE Title acquisition. Has it been earned? The jury's still out for me, but he was the best United States Champion going, and hopefully he provides "Awesome" entertainment & matches as the WWE Champion.
